Chewton Mendip
Heron Way Consultants were approached for funding at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show to finish a one bed apple store conversion, with the footings for a new build on the same title. The conversion is now complete and has been re-financed with a long term bank mortgage.
Stobbs Developments Ltd – Chilcompton
Heron Way Consultants have funded the second development for this client, a build of a large house in Chilcompton. We are pleased to congratulate Stobbs Developments for being able to keep working through the Covid crisis to complete this property.
Bristol New Build
The client approached Heron Way Consultants for funding to build a buy to let property attached to his main home. We have funded this project in stage payments have arranged a long term buy to let mortgage for the client.
Stobbs Developments Ltd – Bristol
Heron Way Consultants were approached for funding to build an end terrace property on a very tight site by a first time developer. HWC funded the project, which has now been completed and sold.
Prelon Properties Ltd
Heron Way Consultants were approached for funding to acquire a former office block in Bristol for £850k and a further £1m to convert it into 33 flats. We arranged £1.65m on a first charge with a mezzanine funder behind. The conversion has completed with an end buyer for over £3.5m.
The buyer had very specific requirements including computer controlled air source heat pumps which, combined with design changes made due to the structure of the building, caused an overspend. We arranged a further £525k in funding to enable the project to be completed.
